Roasted mixed veggies with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Organic Veggies

Yellow Squash

Orange Squash

Zucchini

Sweet potato

Red onion

Garlic

Cherry tomatoes

Brussel sprouts

Carrots

Salt and pepper to taste.

Wash and peel all vegetables and put them in them in a roasting pan. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the vegetables and then drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Next salt and pepper. With your hands mix the vegetables together. Cover with foil and place in the oven on 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Then take the foil off and leave in the oven for 15-20 minutes more. Vegetables are ready to be eaten. Enjoy!
