How to Get Rid of Candida in Three Easy Steps (The First Step is Critical!)

Most women struggle with thrush at some point in their lives, and the effects can be devastating. It affects your mood, sex life, and overall health.
Thrush is actually a fungal infection. It commonly occurs in your mouth, throat, and vagina, however, it can also become a chronic infection that spreads throughout the digestive tract and this is where things get complicated.
Do you have a recurring Candida infection, and you’ve tried all the antifungal creams on the market? You could be reinfecting yourself from within.
Your gut normally contains millions of tiny organisms. These include healthy bacteria and yeast. They are necessary to keep you healthy and fight disease.
Usually, Candida, which is a normal yeast in your gut biome, grows only in small numbers and is harmless. But under certain conditions, the Candida fungus can grow out of control and cause thrush.
If you want to get rid of thrush once and for all, give your body a healthy bacterial cleanse and reboot your system with these easy steps:
Step 1: Disrupt the Biofilm
This is something most people don’t realize about Candida, and if you miss this step, you won’t even make a dent in your fight against Candida.
Candida has the ability to protect itself against your immune system and any antifungal drugs. What does that mean? Imagine a clump of bacterial against your gut lining, with a protective outer biofilm covering it. So thick and strong that nothing can penetrate it. Thus, when you take medicine it never really kills the source.
How do we disrupt this biofilm? The key lies in natural enzymes. Our body produces enzymes to digest our food, but when you have a Candida infection you need the enzymes to go further than your stomach. They need to go all the way down to your small intestines and colon.
The Candida biofilm matrix is predominantly composed of proteins and glycoproteins (55%), with a bit of carbohydrates (25%), lipids (15%), and nucleic acids (5%). Disrupt the proteins and the rest will fall.
To beat Candida you need to follow this regime for one whole month.
Everything You Will Need (1 mon:
-
Turmeric and Cinnamon Tea
-
Papaya / Pineapple
-
Grape seed extract
-
Activated Charcoal
-
Oregano oil
-
Pau d’Arco
-
Probiotic
-
S. boulardii
7 am – Before Breakfast
On an empty stomach, prep your gut for what’s to come with a Turmeric and Cinnamon tea. This powerful tea has anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant properties, that will help protect your gut. The turmeric is also antifungal, boosting your efforts ahead.
8 am – Breakfast
Start your day with a mix of papaya and pineapple (the younger the fruit the better). Unripe papaya and pineapple are an excellent source of proteolytic enzymes, which break down proteins.
Boost the effects of the natural enzymes with Grape Seed Extract.
A recent study found grape seed extract to be especially effective against Candida. The concentrated polymeric flavan-3-ols can fight mucosal infections such as vaginal candidiasis.
AVOID: Food that boosts the growth of Candida – these include gluten, sugar, dairy, nuts with mold (like peanuts), caffeine and alcohol.
9 am – Post Breakfast
An hour after breakfast, remove and kill any Candida in your system by drinking a mix of Activated Charcoal, oregano oil, and Pao d’Arco.
-
Activated Charcoal is critical in removing any defense toxins produced by the dying Candida. This is known as Candida Die-Off. When the Candida is killed off rapidly, the metabolic by-products can be toxic when absorbed into the body. Activated Charcoal has the natural ability to absorb toxins and carry them out of the body with each bowel movement (yes, you will have black poo!).
-
Oregano oil is an amazing natural antifungal, thus as the biofilm is being disrupted, it will kill off the Candida fungus.
-
Pau d’Arco is a miracle product from South America and recent studies have shown its unbelievable ability to disrupt Candida. It is antifungal, anti-inflammatory and also detoxifies the body by helping to speed up bowel movements.
12:30 – Before Lunch
30 minutes before lunch, drink the Activated Charcoal again to remove any Candida toxins and clean the gut for the next step.
Step 2: Starve the Candida
1 pm – Lunch
Lunch should be high in healthy fats such as avocado and coconut oil with some healthy greens.
Tip: Follow a vegetarian keto diet in conjunction with this program.
Healthy fats are a great source of nourishment for the body while starving the Candida.
1:30 pm – After Lunch
We want to boost our digestive enzymes after lunch while avoiding sugary fruits. To do this we make use of a Digestive Enzyme Supplement and Bitters.
The Digestive Enzyme supplement will help your body break down your lunch and continue to attach the biofilms.
Bitters is an age-old remedy to boost the natural production of digestive enzymes in the stomach.
7 pm – Dinner
AVOID: Food that boosts the growth of Candida – these include gluten, sugar, dairy, nuts with mold (like peanuts), caffeine and alcohol.
8 pm – After Dinner
Drink a few drops of the Bitters to boost digestion while you sleep.
Step 3: Reintroduce healthy bacteria and fungi
Note: This step needs to be followed throughout the entire process, however during the second month of treatment stop using the supplements and only use a probiotic and S. boulardii.
10 pm – Before Bed Each Night
Unfortunately, while we are breaking down the biofilms and killing the Candida, we can also kill off good bacteria and we need those to recolonize the areas we clean from the Candida.
Think of your gut wall as a living ecosystem. A healthy ecosystem has a variety of bacteria and fungi living in harmony. An unhealthy ecosystem only has Candida biofilms covering the walls.
As we kill off these biofilms, your gut if left bare. We need to replace the good bacteria and fungi.
A probiotic will help replace the bad fungi and avoid it from coming back because space just won’t be available anymore for Candida to take hold.
S. boulardii is a transient super probiotic – it does not take up residency within the gut, but rather fights and eradicates Candida from the body. That is why it is vital to take another, bacteria-based probiotic which will replenish the good guys you need.
Note: During the second month of treatment, stop using any of the treatments used in the first step. You don’t want to continue killing the good bacteria and fungi, as they now need to multiply and restore harmony to your system.
Following this easy three-step program has restored my body, leaving me with more energy, a healthier mind, and a better sex life. If you keep in mind what you’re actually doing each step of the way and I’m sure you will enjoy the same benefits.
