While we all do our part and stay inside and away from others as to not catch Covid 19.
Here is one of the things I’ve been doing for a while and still do.

Lemons are so good for you and your Immune system. Did you know that Lemons have antiviral properties that will help fight of colds, flu and viruses. Plus all of these things contain antioxidants which boost immunity and help you get over colds and viruses faster.


1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper. This is pretty safe to eat but if you take blood thinners or blood pressure medication check with your doctor before trying.

3 inches of Ginger Root. Which is about 3 thumb sizes. That’s how I do it. Ginger is good for the immune system bottom line and good for brain performance. That’s reason enough for me to use it.



These things I tell you are things I have tried on myself. So like anything else check with your doctor if you are on any medications more specifically blood thinners or blood pressure medications because of the cayenne pepper.
