Cold and Flu Season is here in a Big Way!

With flu season here, it is time to take cover and protect yourself. There are so many flus and viruses going around right now. The best thing you can do for yourself is get some Oil Of Oregano.

Reishi is called the mushroom of immortality and for good reason. My sister told me about this mushroom matcha tea that she been drinking twice a week. I thought nothing of it until she started saying things like,”I had these two skin tags for the longest time and now they’re gone and the only thing I did differently is drink this tea”. Still I didn’t pay much attention. Then maybe two weeks later she had bloodwork done and told me about her triglycerides and cholesterol levels had decreased by 20 points. I decided to do some research on the mushroom and give it a try. Here is what I found.

Cold and Flu Season is upon us…..

With cold and flu season upon us it’s time to take cover and a few precaution’s. Great hand washing is a must all year round as if I had to say that. Lol but there is always hand sanitizer too. Just remember to use it. Once a cold or flu strikes me, I picked up a new bottle of oil of oregano oil. Remember to always check with your health care provider before taking any herbs. This is what works for me and my family. When I feel like something might be coming on, like a sniffle or a sore throat. I reach for my oil of Oregano. 4 drop on a spoon mixed with 4 drops of coconut oil or olive oil whichever you prefer. Place it under the tongue for 2 mins and spit it out. Rinse by swishing water around your mouth and swallow it. I typically do this twice a day. Morning and Bedtime. I do it up to 3 and 4 times a day when I’m really sick with a upper respiratory issues. In 3 days the cold is pretty much gone. Do You Want To Shave Inches Off Your Body?

I want to challenge you to try this with me. Here are a few things you can do that will guarantee that you can do it. I’m not going to try and tell you that you need a diet or anything thing like that. What I will say is if you are consistent that you will see results. If you’re anything like me I want instant results but if you give it 2 weeks you will see results that will make you want to continue so you can be your healthiest.

1, What you must do is have it set in your mind that this is what your willing to do because your mind is half the Battle.

2, Lets start with food first. You have to cut the Carbs period. I know what your thinking but it isn’t so bad. Your meals should consist of meat and veggies and fruits. Trust me it really is pretty easy to get used to and there isn’t a limit to how much you eat. You can have fruit for snack. Be creative and if you need help let me know.

3, Now let’s talk about the move part of this. You have to move, meaning walk fast for 5 minutes take a 15 second break then walk fast for 5 minutes an take a 15 second break. You get it, right? You put your body in fat burning mode. After 2 days of this increase your fast walk to 7 minutes and 2 days later increase to 10 minutes until you reach 15 minutes. After a week of this you will start to feel like you’re in control. The results will make you want to continue. Oh and if it rains go to the nearest mall and get that walk on. Let’s do this together.
