Tips For A More Relaxed Barbecue .

With July 4th fast approaching here a a few tips to make your barbecue a more relaxed one.

1. Season what ever meat you like. I like Chicken and Steak you can even use Pork put all meat in separate freezer bags and when you get up the day of the barbecue take it out and put it on ice and let it defrost in the cooler. The Chicken and Steak will be so good. Everything will be so juicy and tender.

2. My recipe for marinade is 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 1/2 tablespoonful of dill and 2 cloves of garlic minced. Put it all in the freezer bag and add chicken or Steak and Seal bag and shake bag mixing it all up. Then drop it in the freezer.

3. Get all your paper goods together a 4-5 days ahead. Plates,Cups,Napkins, Grill utensils include a knife and drinks. Table cloths and Games and Cards. All the chips and dips are together.

4. Make all salads the day before. Make a veggie platter and Get all condiments ready the day before including salt and pepper.

5. The morning of the barbecue put all drinks on ice. Pull the meat out of the freezer and stick that on ice. If your staying home leave salads in the refrigerator until your ready to eat. And put the meat in the refrigerator until your ready to cook it. Dress the tables with tablecloths and any decorations you have for a centerpiece. Napkins and plates and plastic ware should be put on all tables along with cups and chips and dips and veggie platter.

6. Remember that chicken should be cooked to 170 degrees so no one gets sick. Steak is to your liking. Always cook chicken separate from hot dog and burgers.

7. With all these things done in advance you will be able to spend more time with your family and friends.

Hearty Healthy Chicken Stew that’s so easy

Ingredients you will need for Healthy Chicken Stew that’s super easy.

1, 32 ounces of chicken stock.

2, 1 large onion cut up.

3, 1/2 teaspoonful organic turmeric.

4, fresh black pepper.

5, sea salt and Adobo to taste.

6, coconut oil or any oil of your choice.

7, 3 large potatoes peeled and diced.

8, 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables.

9, Approximately a quart of water or less.

10, 1/2 chicken breast and 2 legs on the bone and skin on.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 2 hours

After getting everything prepped.The chicken washed and seasoned with Adobo ,sea salt and black pepper. Peel and cut up the potatoes, rinse them off and place them in a bowl of cold water so they don’t turn brown. Peel and cut up the onion. In a stock pot place 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the pan and also the cut up onion. Turn the stove on medium low heat. After a few minutes put the chicken in the pot and cook until the skin is golden brown. Then add the chicken stock and almost a quart of water this is so the liquid is covering the chicken. So you may not need so much water. It really depends on how big the stock pot is. Next add the turmeric and black pepper. When it comes to a boil turn it down to low and let it cook for about an hour or one hour and a half. Once the chicken starts to fall off the bone then it’s time to take all the bone and fat out of the pot and leave the chicken in the stew. Take the potatoes and drain the water off and add them to the stew along with the vegetables. I used an entire bag of vegetables. Cook them on low until the potatoes are done (when they slide off the fork after you poke them ). Top with a little black pepper and you have a hearty healthy chicken stew. Talk about a healthy stew! How to save 10,000 in as little as eight months.

Do you want to make a big purchase? Like maybe a car or vacation, maybe you need a down payment for a house and still pay all of your current bills? It can be done because we did it. What you’re going to need to do is ,add up all of your bills including groceries and gas. Then what you’re going to need to do is divide that by four. The amount that you get there is what you’re going to need to take it out of your paycheck each week and the rest goes into your savings account. Now this is not going to be the easiest thing you’ve ever done. But it can be done we did it and so can you. Now you may only have one income and it may take you a little longer than eight months but that’s OK it still can be done. The first thing you’re going to want to do is stop eating out. At first it’ll be a little difficult to get used to. Especially if you’re in the habit of going out to eat. The next thing that we stopped doing was going to the car wash. We started washing our car at home and vacuuming it out. This was especially hard for my husband since he would go once a week and have his car detailed. But always keep in mind that this isn’t a permanent situation. Some of you might even like this and continue to do it long after you get what your goal is. We cut back the cable to basic cable. My husband is a sports fanatic. If it wasn’t a basic cable then he went to my mother-in-law’s house and watched it there. I had to turn off the satellite radio. I love satellite radio no commercials but I was trying to save money so I turned it off. The next thing we did was got rid of our gym memberships. Instead we walked around the neighborhood for exercise. This isn’t about punishing yourself either you could find different ways to do things and be creative about it and not spend money. We brought lunches to work every day. We stopped buying coffee in the morning at Dunkin’ Donuts and started making coffee at home and bringing it with us to work. That was a tricky one. Again, all these things are doable,it just takes time to get used to. Grocery shopping was another biggie. We used coupons and only bought what we needed to survive. Often having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and a lot of meatless dinners. There were a few things my husband could go without. He can’t drink of water so we had to get storebrand powdered iced tea just so he could have something to drink because Pepsi wasn’t an option. We are people who love to vacation at least once a year but last year we didn’t vacation at all because we save that money towards our down payment. We didn’t go to the movies instead we stayed home and played cards and boardgames. Now what I want to let you know is that while we were doing all these saving and cutting corners my husband was very sick and was on the waiting list for a liver transplant. Even while he was sick he pressed on and still worked little side jobs to make money. So before you tell me it’s too hard and it’s too much work ,know that it can be done.We did it and so can you!!!!!!So let me know what you’re saving for. Orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe

The things you will need.
1, 1 pound of pasta. {Orecchiette}
2, 1 pound of sausage. 3 links of sweet Italian sausage and 2 links of hot Italian sausage.
3, 1 bundle of broccoli Rabe.
4, 3 cloves of garlic.
5, 3 tablespoons olive oil.
6, salt and pepper.
7, 1 cup parmesan cheese.

What you'll need to do is get everything ready on your counter or wherever you're going to prep the food. get out Take the 3 cloves of garlic peeled them slice them not to thick but not to thin. Put them to the side. Then wash the broccoli rabe and dry it with some paper towel. Cut about an inch of the bottom of the broccoli rabe. I find I can grab it all with one hand and cut it. Once the bottoms are cut off then cut the broccoli rabe in 1 inch pieces and put it to the side. Get a big pot and fill it half way and add A generous amount of salt to the water. Turn it on and wait for it to boil. While you're waiting for the water to boil. Get a sauce pan and put the all of oil in the sauce pan enough to brown the sausage. Take the sausage and take your knife and cut down the side of the casing of the sausage. Take the sausage out of the casing's crumbling it up with a fork until it's kind of a brown. Once it's brown take the sausage out of the pan. And put it in a dish leaving the oil and grease drippings in the pan. At this point the water that you're going to cook the pasta in should be boiling. Take the broccoli rabe and put it in boiling water. That's right we are going to use the same water to cook the pasta in. Take the garlic that you cut up and put that in the drippings that the sausage cooked in. Once the garlic has a light brown color to it, take a slotted spoon and spoon the broccoli rabe out of the water. Shaking most of the water off it and drop it right in the pan with the garlic over medium heat. While that's cooking open the box of pasta and put it in the same water that you where cooking the broccoli rabe in. Cook it until it's el dentate. When the pasta is done scoop about a half a cup of the pasta water out and sent that to the side. Drain the pasta. Do not rinse it. Get your Parmesan cheese and grater and grade a half a cup of cheese. Take the cheese and mix it with the sausage and broccoli rabe and garlic mixture. Add about half of the pasta water to the sausage and broccoli mixture. The pasta water doesn't have to be added. I like it because it adds body to the mixture. Get a bowl put some in it and top it with more grated cheese. There you have it. A quick and simple and very delicious meal.

You don't have to use pork sausage I did but you can get Italian flavored chicken sausage and Italian flavored turkey sausage as well and use those as a substitute. Play with the recipe change it up if you'd like but if you do let me know how it turns out.


How to get rid of sore Muscles.


Hey, have you have you ever had sore muscles from either working out ,gardening or ripping up a tile floors? Well, look no further. I got something for you. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to take pain medications. So when I hurt my shoulder and thought I tore my rotator cuff. I was in so much pain every day. I couldn’t even lift my arm ,wondering how I can make it better or hoping it would get better by itself and it hadn’t. I was looking for something to use naturally and or organically. While it didn’t work immediately. Over the course of two weeks it’s slowly stopped hurting as much but everyday it hurt less and less and finally got better. I know you’re probably thinking “yeah right”. I promise you , it worked. Try it . It can’t hurt ,doesn’t cost that much and if it doesn’t work,the only thing you’ve lost is a short amount of time and have softer skin in that area. What you’re going have to do is put this oil rub on twice a day. Morning and Night.  What your going to need is jojoba oil and lemongrass oil and a container to put it in, so you can use it now and in the future. I’m not a Doctor and I don’t claim to be one. Directions: Take what ever container your going to use. I use a jojoba bottle that was half full of jojoba oil about 2 ounces and added 15-20 drops of lemongrass oil. Shake it gently until you feel like its mixed. Rub it on your sore muscles for a few minutes. The lemon smell is very refreshing.
