Reishi Mushroom

Reishi is called the mushroom of immortality and for good reason. My sister told me about this mushroom matcha tea that she been drinking twice a week. I thought nothing of it until she started saying things like,”I had these two skin tags for the longest time and now they’re gone and the only thing I did differently is drink this tea”. Still I didn’t pay much attention. Then maybe two weeks later she had bloodwork done and told me about her triglycerides and cholesterol levels had decreased by 20 points. I decided to do some research on the mushroom and give it a try. Here is what I found.

Boost immune system

Cancer killer molecules

Fight infection

Lower blood pressure

Fights depression and anxiety

Increase good cholesterol and decrease triglycerides.

Decrease blood sugar

Prevents cell damage

Support sleep cycles

Shingles pain

Bacterial infection

Treats memory loss due to Alzheimer’s

Treats kidney disorders

Alleviating asthma and bronchitis symptoms

Healing cold sores and genital herpes

It’s also called the fountain of youth

So you can see that I found a plethora of different things that this mushroom can do. However like anything else, you should speak to your doctor before taking any supplements. I’ve been taking it now for a week and keep you posted on the pros and cons of the Reishi mushroom. They say mix the powder with coffee or hot chocolate. I’ve only mixed it with coffee. I’ve even bought the hot chocolate with Reishi to give it a try. Check it out and see what you think. Let me know..My only job here is to help as many people as I possibly can with this blog. I believe that everyone deserves help!
